Camera permission

Penjamin2000 requests access to your device's camera solely to power its core gameplay mechanic. The camera sensor is used to detect ambient light levels and motion in your environment in real time.

The following are explicitly true regarding camera usage:

• No video footage is recorded or saved to device storage at any point
• No images or frames are captured or stored
• No camera data is transmitted over the internet or to any external server
• Camera access is only active while the app is in the foreground and in active use
• All processing occurs locally on your device and is discarded immediately after use

Data we do not collect

Penjamin2000 does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number)
• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, or similar)
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us
• Any data from the camera beyond real-time local processing

Google Play Games Services & Cloud Saves

Penjamin2000 integrates Google Play Games Services to support player authentication, achievements, and cloud-based game progress synchronization (Cloud Saves).

Regarding this integration, the following are true:

• Achievements & Stats: The app transmits achievement unlocks and gameplay statistics (e.g., total hits, blinkers) directly to Google Play Games Services to update your player profile.
• Cloud Saves (Google Drive App Data): The app uses Google Play Games Snapshots API to save and load your game progress. This save file (named "penjamin2000_save") is stored securely in a hidden application-specific data folder inside your Google Drive.
• Data Control: We do not host, store, or have direct access to your Google Account credentials or your cloud save data on our own servers. This data is managed entirely by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

In-app purchases

Penjamin2000 offers optional in-app purchases processed exclusively through the Google Play Billing system. We do not handle, process, or store any payment information directly. All transaction data is managed by Google in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of a successful purchase in order to unlock the relevant in-app content.

Age restrictions

Penjamin2000 is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older and is rated 18+ on the Google Play Store. Because the app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, we do not collect or maintain data from anyone, including individuals under the age of 18.

Third-party services

The app does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or data brokers. The only third-party services involved in the app's operation are Google Play and Google Play Games Services, which handle distribution, in-app purchases, achievements, and cloud saves.

Data security

Because Penjamin2000 does not collect or transmit personal data, we do not store any personal information. Your local game statistics (such as hit counts and unlocked skins) are saved locally on your device and backed up to your personal Google Drive app-data folder. This data is not shared with us or any third parties.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
